What software do I need to watch a class video?
Solution Q. What software is required to watch the class videos?
A. The minimum system requirements to watch the videos are: Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, or Apple OS X. For Windows users we recommend Internet Explorer 7 (Internet Explorer 6 will work but you should upgrade to 7). Additional supported Internet Browsers are the latest versions of: Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. You will also need Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash has a 98% computer penetration, so you should already have this installed. If not, just go to www.adobe.com and click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button on the home page. It is a free install. Additionally, you will need a broadband Internet connection to watch the videos. Broadband connections are DSL, Cable, or T1. A cellular modem connection is not recommended. While cell phone companies claim to have broadband connections (yes it is faster then a dial-up modem), 3G is still not going to be fast enough for a good viewing experience. A dial-up connection will not work.
